Two originals should be signed by an officer of your company, and both originals returned to CB Securities at the following address: CB Securities Inc. Calgary, Alberta T2P 3N3 After receipt of an acceptable Confidentiality Agreement, CB Securities will provide you with the Data Package that includes the Confidential Information and allow you access to the Data Room, both Physical and Virtual.
