Since 1999, Phil has been the primary graphics technician for CB Securities Inc. He is President of Argatoff Graphic Services Ltd. and has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Phil provides creative, professional graphic design and high quality illustrations for every project that CB Securities markets.

Prior to working with CB Securities, Phil's career began with Canadian Superior Oil/Mobil Oil for 20 years. In 1992, Phil decided to venture out on his own and in 1996 along with four partners established Penta Graphix Ltd., which has since been sold. Phil and CB Securities Inc. continue to enjoy a successful business relationship.
