CB Securities was formed by Darryl Derouin in 1999 to fill the need for higher quality service for the market niche of junior and emerging oil and gas firms. Darryl accomplished this by expanding the existing oil and gas M&A practice of the Calgary accounting firm Collins Barrow LLP. CB Securities has since assembled a large team of experienced engineering and geological professionals to handle any size local or international project.
